The US State Department is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information that leads to the arrest of Swedish national Maximilian Rivkin, who acted as the administrator of an encrypted communication service called Anom, used by criminal gangs worldwide.
US authorities have wanted Rivkin since 2021, when the FBI, Europol, and other law enforcement agencies arrested hundreds of people accused of administrating, using, and distributing encrypted communication devices using a service known as Anom.
