A ransomware gang with Russian connections called the Grief Group posted files on its extortion site Wednesday that it claims to have stolen from the National Rifle Association (NRA) in an apparent attempt to pressure the guns advocacy organizaton to pay them a ransom demand.
The NRA offered no comment except that it does not discuss matters related to its physical or electronic security. (Shannon Vavra / Daily Beast)
