Inflammatory and offensive fake New York Post tweets and website articles were posted by an employee who was subsequently fired by the news organization.

The insider attack appeared to exaggerate the usual right-wing Post tone regarding race, sex, violence, and other divisive topics characteristic of the paper’s coverage, prompting many social media users to wryly suggest that they didn’t even suspect the Post might have been hacked when the articles in question first surfaced.
